Service Description

For clients who find stretching effective but also enjoy the more passive benefits of massage, Flex'assage delivers the benefits of both these manual therapies. After assessment your appointment will commence with; > a 45minute 1:1 Assisted Stretch & Flex session, taking your body through a range of effective, targeted stretching, increasing healthy movement at the joint and elongating tight muscles throughout the body. Your assisted stretch session will be tailored to your preferences, and will be followed by; > a 45minute Remedial Massage targeting areas of remaining or noticeable tension found during the flex session. *Note: A floor stretch session is unsuitable for you if you are not able to lie or sit comfortably on the floor for a period of time and will be adapted to a table stretch session. This decision will be made based on presentation and discussion on the day of treatment, if you have a preference of table over floor please advise in the notes box when booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required when booking your Massage. To alter your booking call or text Bel: 0468 334 127. A confirmation text will be sent to confirm receipt. If you do not receive confirmation within 12 business hours, please try again. Where 48+ hours(2days) notice is provided to alter a booking, and the appointment is rescheduled, the deposit will be credited to your next booking. One date change permitted per booking. No-show, cancellation or re-scheduling your appointment with less than 48+ hours (2 days) notice will result in the full-service fee being payable in most circumstances.
